To use the product, simply slide the shelf onto the regulating tube. Next, slide the fixed rubber ring onto the regulating tube and place another fixed rubber ring under the shelf to secure it. Adjust the position of the fixed rubber ring to fine-tune the shelf's placement by moving the ring up or down.

Connect the larger end caps to the bottom tube, then attach the bottom tube to either another bottom tube or the regulating tube, depending on your needs. Repeat this process for the top tube, connecting it to the regulating tube.
